What are the subscription plans and pricing?

We offer 2 subscription plans: Monthly and Annual. Both offer access to over 200 hours of on-demand video content, from express guided stretching to 75min power workouts. We invite you to follow our rotating weekly program curated and led by Anna.

 

In addition to our programming, you'll find a variety of wellness content in our library. From healthy recipes to exclusive intereviews between Anna and experts in the field, you'll have everything you need to kickstart your journey with ease.

I signed up, now what?

Congratulations on taking the first step to better wellness!

 

If you signed up for the platform online, visit our web player and select sign in. Here, you'll use the email you signed up with, and select "Forgot Password" to generate a login. Once you receive the email to set your credentials, you're ready to log into the platform.

I'm new, where should I start?

We recommend starting with Anna's Weekly Program under Collections. Here, you'll find the programming for the current week.

 

Additionally, you can supplement these classes with any of the areas you need from our entire library of content. Whether it's a conversation podcast episode, or a healthy recipe!

 

We recommend taking the recorded/live classes in this order: DANCE, SCULPT, HIIT, POWER UP. Rest between workouts is important so try to take a day off between two workouts. (Ex. M(dance), T(Sculpt), W(day off), Th (HIIT), F(PowerUp), Sat(day off). Add an extra workout at the end of the week if you feel motivated!

We recommend taking DANCE before POWER UP.

Be sure to also filter and search your workouts by fitness level, and equipment handy! We have plenty of beginner classes available.

What are the class formats?

Interval DANCE: Our infamous DANCE-CARDIO class pairs heart-pumping routines with strength intervals to get you everything you need for a fun and results-driven workout.

SCULPT: This toning class combines low weight with high repetitions to burn out every muscle in your body, incorporating Barre and Pilates- inspired movements, ending with a guided deep stretch.

HIIT: Get yourself revved up for this power-based HIIT class set to a pumped up playlist. Our incredible team of expert trainers will motivate you safely through 4 functional strength and power intervals with a focus on proper form and execution. Get the most out of your time and turn up your metobolic burn for the next 24hrs!

POWER UP: This athletic conditioning class is 30 minutes of STEP & 30 minutes of DANCE, challenging your mind and body to keep up with shorter sections of each. We recommend taking each class format first before jumping in to Power Up!

How many days a week should I workout?

Each week, we suggest taking one of each of the 4 class formats. Recovery days are important, so please schedule at least one recovery day between the four workouts (Ex: M, T, day off, Th, F, day off)

What equipment is needed for the workouts?

At minimum you should have a mat, though we do have plenty of no equipment workouts! We recommend also having a set of light weights (3-5lbs) and a set of heavy weights (8-10lbs).

Optional equipment: pilates ball, step box, resistance bands, sweat towel, medicine ball, foam block

*Feel free to make modifications/substitutions, and get creative! Ie; pillow instead of pilates ball, shirt instead of towel...the possibilities are endless!

What shoes do you recommend for classes?

We suggest a supportive, well-fitting, cross-training sneaker. Pick a shoe with great structure and shock absorption to support you through high impact movements and quick changes in direction. Avoid shoes made for running as their tread tends to run in one direction and can get slippery. We like Hokas, Adidas and Asics best.

What are some ways I can adjust the intensity of the workouts?

Our classes are accessible to all fitness levels. If the cardio or weights are too intense, you can modify by lowering the weight or only using body weight. You can lower the intensity of the movements by stepping instead of jumping, and still get your heart rate up! You can also filter and search our content by fitness level, and duration of the workout.

I am a returning client ready for more! Where do I go?

Supplement Anna’s Weekly Class Program by stacking on additional workouts or choose a shorter series of workouts to fit into a packed day.

You can also search and filter your results based on your fitness level!

When is new content released?

We roll out new pieces of content weekly, whether it's a new workout, recipe, or conversation episode. To be notified of new content, be sure to follow us on Instagram @annakaiservirtual for the latest updates.

Here, we post the schedule for Anna's weekly program on Monday's at 10am EST. The classes in the program get refreshed weekly on Monday's as well, featuring a curation of Anna's picks.

Which Browser is best to stream the workouts?

Google Chrome is the best browser to use if using a computer to access our web app.

For mobile, you can download the Space With Anna Kaiser app on Apple iOS devices via the App Store and on Android via Google Play.

Does the platform work internationally?

Yes! The platform will work wherever you have access to WiFi.

How do I cast the workouts onto my TV?

Cast our content to the big screen whether it's using a Roku, Apple TV, Chromecast, or Amazon Firestick. Simply navigate to the content you'd like to stream- whether it's a recipe, podcast episode or workout. In the top right hand corner of the thumbnail you'll see an icon for casting. Click on it and select the device you'd like to see your content on. It's as easy as that!

If the device you're looking to cast on is not showing up, be sure that the device you are streaming from is connected to the same wifi network as your casting device.

Will my membership automatically renew?

Your membership to either our monthly or annual subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel prior to your billing cycle renewal date.  

We do not issue refunds for subscriptions not canceled prior to the billing cycle renewal date.

How do I cancel my membership?

Deleting your account is NOT the same as cancelling your subscription! To cancel an active subscription, you will need to navigate to "Manage My Subscription" on the side menu of the platform. You will then be prompted to select how you signed up for the subscription. Based on your response, you will either be taken to the web player or your device settings to cancel.

Am I able to change my subscription from monthly to annual?

Of course! Navigate to "Manage My Subscription" on the side menu of the platform. You will then be prompted to select how you signed up for the subscription. Based on your response, you will either be taken to the web player or your device settings to adjust your subscription.
