+2 cups chopped spinach
+1/2 cup sliced tomatoes 🍅
+1/2 cup chopped cucumbers 🥒
+1/2 cup hearts of palm (salad cut)
+1/4 cup Kalamata olives
+1/2 cup grilled chicken slices
+1 tsp hemp hearts
+juice from 1/2 a lemon 🍋
+salt & pepper to taste!
